How far in advance? I recommend reaching out 4–8 weeks before your move date. I've worked with clients with as little as 1–2 weeks notice — reach out as soon as you know your timeline.

The Investment

My rate starts at $115/hour, all-inclusive — planning, hands-on organizing, donation drop-offs, and no surprise add-ons. Move projects are typically scoped during your free discovery call based on home size and number of boxes. I serve Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Shelton, Gig Harbor, and surrounding Thurston, Mason, and Pierce Counties.
